Hottest fabric this a/w season? Velvet! Its' classy, feminine and strong at the same time - which makes velvet *the* Folk-Queen fabric!
Actually, velvet strongly reminds me of persian cats, the short haired ones that is.I love cotton velvet skirts in blue and purple and I adore the crushed velvet dresses in burned red showed below!

In the Mood for Ruffles
Ruffles, ruffles, ruffles everywhere. I just can't get enough of them, as you can see here:
Sadly, Yesstyle, the shop who sells the ruffle dresses, only stocks rather small sizes, but I am definitely planning to get the pretty vase in shabby look for my own birthday next month ;-)

In A Minty Mood
I recently discovered polyvore and this is the first time that I actually tried it out. Given my current (or: alltime?) obsession with the colour mint I thought that mint should be the theme of my first creation there. Here's the result:
